My story

Building systems since 1999.

I've worked in technology and systems since 1999. Today my focus is AI automation — but the approach hasn't changed much: document the work, assign clear responsibilities, keep useful knowledge where people can find it, and show what actually works.

AI agents are just a new kind of team member. They need the same things good teams always needed — a defined role, the right information, and someone accountable for the outcome.

I founded and led Knowledge Mgmt. Solutions, Inc. from 1999 to 2024, working across technology consulting, web design and development, hosting, and business systems. Today, I'm the founder of AI Automation Innovators, where I teach and build practical AI agents and automations for business.
